Note from Wendy: Air frying these is a certainly a healthier option than deep frying. It saves me time from watching over the fire too.
1. Cut pastry sheet in 6cm squares.
2. Fold in the edges of the spring roll pastry and put in filling.
3. Seal the sides of the roll with beaten egg.
4. Place them in the Ninja Foodi/Airfryer basket and air crisp at 180°C for 18 mins.
