Ingredients:
Lotus seed 500g
Water 1.5l
A pinch of salt.
Rock sugar 160g
Pandan leaves
Directions:
1. Pour water, put lotus seed and pandan leaves inside the pot.
2. Add a pinch of salt. The soup will taste better with salt. Then cover the lid and PC- Hi for 10-15 mins with nature release.
3. Remove pandan leaves and add rock sugar and slightly stir. Keep warm until the sugar is melted.
