How it works
Use your SharkNinja product for up to 60 days.
Simply complete our quick Refund Request Form within the 60-day period.
Return the Product
Send it back with all parts and accessories, in good condition, with proof of purchase.
Ship the product back to our DHL facility.
We’ll arrange collection for a RM50 service fee (additional charges apply if pickup fails twice).

Once we’ve received and checked the product, your refund will be processed via bank transfer.

• Refunds are usually completed within 60 days of approval.
