10g Butter
1 pc Garlic (minced)
1/2 pc Chili Padi
1 bunch Curry leaves
2.5 tbs Salted Egg yolk powder
Evaporated milk as needed
Salt to taste

Directions

Mix marinade into chicken & let it sit for at least 25 mins in the fridge.
Coat chicken with crushed cornflakes pressing firmly into the chicken to make sure it sticks.
Place chicken in the air fryer & set to max crisp for 10 minutes.
Set the air fryer to bake at 180°C for 25 mins, placing the rice and peppers in the same basket.
