Ingredients
- 150g butter, softened
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g granulated sugar
- 68g eggs
- 272g all-purpose flour
- 68g chocolate chips
- 8g salt
- 3.4g baking soda
- 68g hazelnuts, toasted & chopped (optional)

Directions
Preheat the Grill:
- Select Bake/Roast mode.
- Set temperature to 163°C.
- Preheat for 3–5 minutes with the grill lid closed.
Prepare the Dough:
- Cream the butter and sugars until pale and fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs until fully emulsified.
- Fold in the flour, salt, and baking soda until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and hazelnuts.
Shape the Cookies:
- Scoop dough into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined crisper tray or the grill’s bake tray.
- Leave space between cookies, as they will spread.
Bake the Cookies:
- Place the tray in the bake position (middle or lower rack, depending on your model).
- Bake at 163°C for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the centers remain slightly soft.
Cooling & Serving:
- Let cookies cool on the tray for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
