1 Cornish hen

Coconut spray, for greasing

Directions
- Wash and pat dry the asparagus and coat it with coconut oil spray.
Sprinkle salt on the asparagus and place inside the first basket of the air fryer.
- Next, take the Cornish hen and rub it well with the salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Oil sprays the Cornish hen and place in the second air fryer basket.
Press button 1 for the first basket and set it to AIR FRY mode at 175°C, for 8 minutes.
For the second basket hit 2 and set the time to 45 minutes at 175°C, by selecting the ROAST mode.
To start cooking, hit the smart finish button and press hit start.
Once the 6 minutes pass press 1 and pause and take out the asparagus.
Once the chicken cooking cycle complete, press 2 and hit pause.
Take out the Basket of chicken and let it transfer to the serving plate
Serve the chicken with roasted asparagus and slices of lemon.
Serve hot and enjoy.
