Delicious Potatoes & Carrots

Directions

1. In a bowl, toss carrots and potatoes with 1 tablespoon of oil.

2. Insert a crisper plate in the Ninja Foodi air fryer baskets.

3. Add carrots and potatoes to both baskets.

4. Select zone 1 then select “air fry” mode and set the temperature to 200°C for 15 minutes. Press “match” to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press “start/stop” to begin.

5. In a mixing bowl, add cooked potatoes, carrots, smoked paprika, sugar, oil, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, pepper, and salt and toss well.

6. Return carrot and potato mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes more.
