½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
⅓ cup grated Parmesan
salt and black pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
Mix mayonnaise with salt and black pepper and keep the sauce aside.
Spread panko breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Coat the artichoke pieces with the breadcrumbs.
As you coat the artichokes, place them in the two crisper plates in a single layer, then spray them with cooking oil.
Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 190°C and the time to 10 minutes.
Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
Flip the artichokes once cooked halfway through, then resume cooking.
Serve warm with mayo sauce.
