Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spritz the two air fryer
drawers with cooking spray.
Combine the herbs, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Stir to mix well. Set aside.
Combine the Dijon mustard and butter in a separate bowl.
Stir to mix well.
Rub the turkey with the herb mixture on a clean work
surface, then brush the turkey with Dijon mixture.
Arrange the turkey in the two preheated air fryer drawers.
Air fry for 30 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the
thickest part of the turkey breast reaches at least 76°C.
Transfer the cooked turkey breast on a large plate and slice
to serve.
