Ingredients
- 300g ripe mango, diced
- 120g water
- 30g honey
- 15g lime juice

Directions
Prep & Freeze:
- Place the diced mango directly into a Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Drizzle the honey and lime juice over the mango.
- Pour in the water evenly over the top.
- Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
Spin & Adjust:
- Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja CREAMi machine.
- Select the Sorbet setting and process.
- If the texture is crumbly, add 15-30g water and use the Re-spin function until smooth.
Serve & Enjoy:
Scoop and serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.
