Ingredients
- 300g Japanese rice (short-grain)
- 590ml water
- 170g salmon fillet (with skin)
- 75g peeled edamame
- 9g toasted sesame seeds
- 1.5g salt (adjust to taste)
- 5g soy sauce
- 2.5g sesame oil
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into thin strips

Directions
Rinse the Rice
- Rinse the Japanese rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
Prepare the Multicooker
- Add the rinsed rice and water to the Ninja 10-in-1 multicooker’s inner pot.
- Place the salmon fillet on top of the rice.
Cook the Rice and Salmon
- Close the lid and move the slider to the pressure cook function.
- Select low pressure, and set time to 3 minutes, then press start
Flake the Salmon
- Once cooking is complete, allow to rest for 10 minutes before carefully release the pressure and open the lid. Remove the salmon and discard the skin.
- Flake the salmon into small pieces using a fork.
Mix Everything Together
- Add the flaked salmon, edamame, sesame seeds, salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the rice.
- Gently mix everything together using a rice paddle or spoon.
- Sprinkle the nori strips on top just before serving.
Serve
- Serve warm in bowls and enjoy!
