Brush
fish fillets with oil and season with pepper and salt.
Install
a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the fish fillets in the
zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the
unit.
Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 10 minutes.
Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
Press
the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
Add
all pesto ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour
pesto over the cooked fish fillets and serve.
