8 peeled shrimp (80–100 g)

- A - Fish sauce: ½ teaspoon

Directions
Mince the peeled shrimp with a knife or food processor into a paste. Mix with ingredients labeled A.
Trim the crusts off one slice of bread and cut each slice into four triangles (8 pieces total).
Place the plate in the glass container and coat with olive oil.
Set the cooker to RECRISP mode for 10 minutes and press START to begin cooking.
After cooling, garnish with cilantro leaves, sweet chili sauce, and lime wedges.
