1 tablespoon brown sugar, dark

1 teaspoon Chile powder, New Mexico

1 teaspoon oregano, dried

¼ teaspoon allspice powder, ground

Directions
Take a bowl and mix dark brown sugar, salt, paprika, mustard powder, oregano, Chile powder, black pepper, and all spice powder.
Mix well and rub this spice mixture all over the chicken.
Divide the chicken between two air fryer baskets.
Oil sprays the meat and then adds it to the air fryer. s Now press button 1 and button 2 and set the time to 4 minutes at 180°C.
Now press start and once the cooking cycle completes, press pause for both the zones.
Take out the chicken and serve hot.
