Install a crisper plate in each of the two baskets. Place the egg cups in the Zone 1 basket and insert the basket in the unit. Place the glazed bacon in the Zone 2 basket, making sure the slices don’t overlap, and insert the basket in the unit. It is okay if the bacon overlaps a little bit.
Select Zone 1, select BAKE, set the temperature to 163°C, and set the time to 13 minutes.
Select Zone 2, select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 204°C, and set the time to 5 minutes. Select SMART FINISH.
Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
When the Zone 2 timer reads 2 minutes, press START/PAUSE. Remove the basket and use silicone-tipped tongs to flip the bacon. Reinsert the basket and press START/PAUSE to resume cooking.
When cooking is complete, serve the egg cups with the Canadian bacon.
