Ingredients
Prawn Skewers
- 300g prawns, peeled & deveined
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Mango-Tomato Slaw
- 1/2 cup mango, diced
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
- Salt, to taste
For Assembly
- 6 small tortillas (corn or flour)
- Lime wedges, for serving

Directions
- Marinate the Prawns: In a bowl, toss prawns with chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes. Thread prawns onto skewers.
- Grill the Prawns: Preheat the Ninja Air Grill to medium heat for about 5 minutes. Place the prawn skewers in the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until prawns are opaque and slightly charred.
- Make the Slaw: Mix mango, tomato, cabbage, lime juice, and cilantro (if using). Season with salt.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat tortillas in the Ninja Air Grill for about 30 seconds per side until slightly charred.
- Assemble the Tacos: Remove prawns from skewers, place them in tortillas, and top with slaw.
- Serve: Garnish with lime wedges and enjoy!
