Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp spring onions sliced

Directions
- In a bowl, place the chicken breast and rub with minced garlic, ginger and the teriyaki sauce.
- Add quinoa and stock.
- Place the reversible rack in the pot over the quinoa, making sure the rack is in a higher position. Place the chicken breast on the rack.
- Place diced capsicum & onions into the rack.
- Close the lid and move the slider to the middle position. Select STEAM AIR FRY, set temperature to 200ºC and set the timer to 5 mins. Press START to begin cooking.
- When cooking is complete, remove the chicken breast from the rack from the pot. Scoop up the Quinoa.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions when serving.
