Ingredients

1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 full cream milk
1/3 cup sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tsp pandan paste
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup gula melaka chunks
8 onde-onde balls
Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

Mix the coconut milk, full cream milk, sugar, salt and pandan paste into a blender.
Blend till smooth.
Pour the mixture into the Creami tub. Cover the lid.
Place in the freezer for 24 hours.
Remove the tub from the freezer and remove lid from the tub.
Select ice cream.
When processing is complete, remove ice cream from tub and serve immediately.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut, gula melaka chunks and top with once-onde balls.
